Warranties and Guarantees
As a third party vendor marketplace, all warranties and guarantees are all through the individual vendor (seller). Please read their terms and conditions and note that all these will be inline with the Australian Consumer Laws. Should there be any issue and you feel the vendor hasn't been receptive. After 14days and giving them due time to respond please feel free to contact us at admin@ause1.com.au.
PLEASE NOTE : ANY DAMAGED (or MISSING) GOODS - YOU MUST CONTACT THE DELIVERY/FREIGHT COMPANY WITHIN 24-48HRS AS THEY HAVE STRICT TIME LIMITS.

Although it is solely the freight companies responsibility for damaged goods and lost products as a Marketplace we want to continually improve your shopping experience so we like to keep on top of who our vendor(sellers) use and the service they provide or any issues.
